Service, as we understand it, refers to the sum of our responsibilities to our customers. We believe that our most important work begins after the sale and that it is what we do behind the scenes that best defines us. Our support staff, which far outnumbers our sales staff, is involved in many after-the-sale services, including repairs in our in-house service department and in-home consultation and calibration.
We are one of the few stores in the country to maintain a full in-house service department. We stock a comprehensive inventory of parts so that repairs can be completed rapidly. However, should your unit require extensive work, we will loan you a substitute. Our highly qualified technicians use the finest equipment available and regularly receive training to keep abreast of new technologies. Simply call any of our stores to make arrangements to have your equipment repaired. We are factory authorized to repair the equipment we carry and we only repair equipment that has been purchased from us. In January 2005, a national consumer organization rated our service department as the best in the Chicago area.
Our talented sales people, systems designers, installers, programmers, and engineers are available for in-home consultations to troubleshoot, repair or optimize the performance of your equipment and system. We have been trained by the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) and have the necessary instruments to calibrate televisions so they comply with the ISF’s rigorous display standards. This service is only available on televisions purchased from us.
Our team of experienced technicians and engineers routinely install a wide range of systems. To complement and simplify the use of your system, they also program a variety of remotes and control devices to suit your individual needs.
